Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2–4 working days
- Other Areas: 4–6 working days
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000.
For orders below Rs. 3,000, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 300 applies.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay securely at your doorstep. Please keep the exact amount ready to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Exchange & Returns
If your product arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
